Ooi Keong (OK) has over 45-years of cumulative experience as a Board Director, and currently is an Independent Board Director, member of Audit & Risk Committee, and Remuneration Committee of Info-Tech Systems Ltd, a SGX-listed company. Previously, he served as a Board Director on several Temasek subsidiary companies, covering major listed companies and funds in Singapore and China.

OK is also the MD of Clover Point Consultants, and brings over 30 years of board and management experience, including 16 years as a Temasek Director heading the Enterprise, Strategic Portfolio & Investment Risk Management teams.
